Church of St Faith

Overlooking Langston Harbour is the small town of Havant with its ancient church with its tower piers that are from the 12th century a 13th century Chancel, 14th century vestry and the stair turret to the tower from the 15th century. The town was famous for the making of parchment from the skins of sheep and this went on for one thousand years but today it no long exists, Some of the worlds best parchment was produced here

The town of Havant is now a satellite of  Portsmouth and contains the villages Bedhampton and Rowlands Castle.
