The Wallops
There are three villages strung along the willowed Wallop Brook:-

Nether Wallop which has a 14th century church that is raised above the village, and a mill.

On Danebury Hill, which lies 1½ miles to the north-east, can be found  the remains of an Iron Age fort, and from here a track crosses the Test by the bridge at Longstock and leads to another hill fort, Woolbury Ring, 3½ miles away.

The church at Over Wallop, to the west, has a 15th century font. The pretty village of Middle Wallop links the other two villages.
